WISE is organizing and hosting more events this time of year for those Professional Women wanting to connect with other Professional Women in our area! Here are some of our recent updates, upcoming events to mark your calendar for and how you can join and learn more about our group!
Recent Events
2nd Annual Summer Social Event
08/16/18-We had our 2nd Annual Summer Social Event. This time we had the event near downtown Warsaw, since last year it was at Winona Lake area. We had 15 members gather after work to enjoy some socializing and networking together at the Downtown Eatery & Spirits. A great time was had by all who attended!
3rd Membership Luncheon of the year
9/14/18-Was our 3rd Membership Luncheon of the year. Nine members gathered for lunch and open networking. Naomi Thompson was the winner of book door prize giveaway. The members each had time to introduce themselves, the company they represent/own, how they are affiliated with WISE and the ice breaker was “What is your favorite thing about Fall” (so many great responses and ideas came from this dialogue). One idea is to do a book exchange at our next Membership Luncheon in December, where each member brings a book that they have finished reading and enjoyed to trade or share with another member of WISE. Great idea in addition to gathering for lunch and networking more!

Our Fall Educational Event called Personal Branding on Tuesday, October 2nd. Members can RSVP on our website today and non-members can pay a small fee to attend and learn more about WISE!

Our WISE Calendar of Events includes opportunities for Education and Training, Mentoring relationships and Networking.
- (2) Coffee Connections in the morning from 7-8am at a local coffee shop.
- (4) Membership Luncheons where we meet up for lunch and catch up.
- (2) Wind Downs from 5:30-7pm where we socialize and kick back after work
- (2) Educational Events where we focus on a specific program our members are interested in. One in the spring and another in the fall.
- (1) Summer Social which is generally after work and a time where everybody can kick back, relax and connect to inspire, support and empower one another.
- (1) Annual Meeting which is held in November and it is where we get to celebrate and reflect on the things we have accomplished over the year, we recognize our amazing sponsors that help us create the programs we provide our members.
Mentorship
Our Mentorship Program has been going strong this year. We will be announcing success stories and achievements from the program at our Annual Business Meeting, so make sure you RSVP for that event soon!
