PANEL DISCUSSION:

On June 19th we had our first Educational Event for 2018!

Over 20 WISE Members registered and 3 non-members attended a jam packed two and a half hour event held at The Boathouse.  We had a panel of three professional women; Gennie Brissette-Tipton from Orthoworx, Jeri Purdy from Intercession Group/Silveus Insurance/My Simple Soiree and Anne Hill from DePuy Synthes.  The atmosphere was conducive for learning, sharing and inspiring women!  Each panelist brought a variety of different backgrounds and experiences to share.  Here are the different topics that we discussed:

• Women’s Voices in the Workplace
• Advancing to Leadership Positions
• Millennial Management
• What to do When you can’t meet a Deadline
• How to Encourage your Team

We opened the discussion for Questions and Answers and every attendee was able to walk away from the event having learned something new to try, to be inspired by or to learn from
